Progression percentage of UG 2024 Batch: 42.8% are pursuing higher studies,
Progression percentage of PG2024 Batch: 55% are pursuing higher studies

Union Christian College was founded in 1921. History, together with Economics and Philosophy, was part of the intermediate programme offered by the College since inception. From 1965, the Department of History started offering BA and MA degrees in History.
