Symbiosis

Symbiosis started in 2007 under the initiative of the department as an In-house lecture programme. It aims to tap the internal knowledge base of the college. The programme as a whole aims at creating borderless departments where an avenue is made possible through higher disciplinarian practices. So far five lectures have been conducted.
 

Funding/ Awards/ Projects undertaken by the department:

• 2010-11: NMMA Museum Listing and Built heritage Mapping: Rs One lakh *.
• 2009-10 P.G Development Fund: Rs. Two lakhs fifty thousand.
• 2002-07 UGC Grant-in-Aid for the Advanced Diploma in Archaeology & Museology: Rs. Seven laths
• 1998 -UBCHAE: $ 1000 for courses and training .
