On 26 September 2025, students visited the Pattanam archaeological site in Kodungallur as part of their study tour under the guidance of Dr. H. G. Das and Mr. A. Augustine. They explored the ancient port city of Muziris and learned about its role in Indo-Roman trade. Resource persons at the site provided detailed explanations about the ongoing excavations and the Cosmos Malabaricus Project, which aims to trace Kerala’s cultural and historical links. The students observed artifacts and trade materials, connecting their classroom knowledge with tangible historical evidence, thereby deepening their appreciation for Kerala’s heritage and global connections.
