Old Student donates in memory of the late Prof. A K Abdul Kareem
Prof. T K Sunny of the BA Pattern II History & Economics 1969-72 batch made a substantial donation to UC College in April 2022 for the renovation of the History Department Library in memory of late Prof. A K Abdul Kareem. Kareem Sir was a renowned teacher of history and former head of the department of History. He visited the college on 3 April 2022 and was in the company of retired faculty Prof. B T Joy along with the HoD Ms. Juby John and Dr. Jenee Peter. He visited the department and spent some time in the reading room and museum and was on a nostalgic journey back in time with Joy Sir.
